Victoria has had a successful career taking care of UHNW family estates and their super yachts. She started working as a chef in Calgary, Canada, before moving on to yachts. She quickly progressed to officer status, managing crew and, later on, to private estates. Victoria enjoys writing, and is the author of three books. She frequently contributes columns for yachting and travel magazines. 

 

Victoria lives with her husband in Fort Lauderdale, South Florida. She has completed a wealth of additional specialty courses including wine and spirit master classes, vegan and healthy cooking, and nutritional science qualifications. She also has medical, security, and safe-serve hygiene certifications that make her the perfect choice for any family.

 

Over Victoria’s time as a chef she has won a number of awards including:

The Royal Palm Award winner for travel writing, 2011 & 2012,

Charter Chef of the month 2007, and

Calgary Top 40 under 40 winner, 1999

 

She is actively involved with Domestic Estate Management Association and The Wine and Spirit Education Trust. Victoria enjoys scuba diving, hiking, plus, of course, writing and cooking!
